To promote USA Network’s Purge series for USA, I helped lead the team that created both a San Diego ComicCon experience and The Purge Shopping Channel, which aired nationally on USA and SYFY.
As Narrative Director, I contributed to the experience design, invented products (including an original card game) from the dystopian world and managed messaging on everything from sales circulars to greeting cards.
Additionally, I cast and trained twelve actors who portrayed Purge City Party Planners in our fictional retail environment. Each worked from a 100-page employee handbook I created.
For the Shopping Channel, I co-scripted seven infomercial spots for our products and helped oversee casting and production. The program was one of the biggest entertainment marketing hits of the year and was featured on myriad “Best of SDCC” lists.
